Website Notice: Online Portal Transition – Important Dates

Our Association management software is changing from VMS to Vantaca, effective December 1, 2025. Please review the timeline and key details below.

  • Current portal access ends:
    • The existing homeowner portal will be permanently unavailable after November 28, 2025.
  • New portal launch:
    • The new homeowner website will be Vantaca.net.
    • It will be available no later than mid-December 2025. (Access will not be available until the portal officially opens.)
  • Account setup information:
    • All homeowners will receive direct communication in mid-December with instructions and credentials to set up their new Vantaca online accounts.
  • Payments and ACH:
    • All existing Association-managed ACH payments will transfer automatically to the new system — no action required for those enrolled through the Association.
    • The new portal will continue current payment methods and will introduce additional online payment options.
  • Reminders:
    • We will send additional reminders and instructions leading up to mid-December.

Exploring Client Connect

  • Once logged in, the Help Panel will assist you in exploring all of the capabilities Client Connect has to offer.
  • You can create your own custom dashboard with a theme of your choice and applications you would like to utilize each time you log in.
  • Please note that you must Log Out to Save your Dashboard Settings.
